ATI RETURN POLICY

Generally our products carry a 1-year warranty from the respective manufacturers.  We will accept returned or exchanged products in original packaging with instructions in resalable condition for any reason within 30 days after purchase.  We credit (on exchanges) or refund (on returns) the cost of the products only, not shipping charges.  The customer is responsible for the shipment cost of the replacement (exchange) product(s) in both directions.  Please call us or contact us before returning a product.  ATI may issue a Return Number.  We will not accept returns without pre-notification or an ATI assigned Return Number.
